Virginia M. Dalton received a B.A. degree in English from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1975 and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina in 1982. Ms. Dalton was admitted to the Colorado bar in 1982. Since that time, Ms. Dalton has been engaged in the practice of law, with emphasis in the areas of commercial transactions and bankruptcy. Philip A. Pearlman received a B.A. degree in Physics from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1975 and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1980.
